Boot Camp at The MARK
Bring an open mind to this goal-oriented, results-driven, lifestyle-changing 6 week program! You will NOT be counting calories but focused on EATING CLEAN. You will be exercising a minimum of 4 days/week (2 high intensity interval training and 2 full body resistance work outs).
